There is a yoga class for everyone. From gentle, slow, restorative to vinyasa flow classes. Group classes have a maximum of 6 people which is ideal for providing personalized attention and assistance.
Currently, I teach three gentle/restorative classes along with three vinyasa flow classes each week. In addition, I teach a meditation with yoga nidra class a couple times per month.
I also offer individual classes for just your or with a friend. This format is great if you are new to yoga, want to work on specific techniques or need a particular time not available as a group class.
RESET IN TOWN
Taking time to reset and detox is healthy. Go on retreat without even leaving town. Enjoy a Friday class to set the mood, then continue with classes all weekend. Use this time to begin your week renewed
