I For most of my life, I have been fascinated by a simple question:
What makes a human being feel truly alive?
My path has taken me through science, movement, bodywork, meditation, coaching, and thousands of hours of conversation with people navigating change.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and a Master’s degree in Biotechnology, and spent years studying living systems from a scientific perspective. Yet over time, I became equally interested in another form of intelligence—the wisdom that emerges through the body itself.
For nearly three decades, I have worked as a massage therapist, movement educator, yoga teacher, and health coach. Along the way, I have studied yoga, orthopedic movement, somatic education, meditation, behavior change, and contemplative traditions. These influences shape the way I work today.
I help people reduce pain, move more freely, improve strength and mobility, navigate stress, and reconnect with their bodies. But beneath those goals is something even more important: cultivating a relationship with ourselves that is grounded, curious, resilient, and alive.
I believe health is more than the absence of symptoms.
It is the capacity to feel, adapt, create, recover, love, and participate fully in life.
At El Jardín Studio, movement becomes a conversation rather than a performance. Rest is not something we earn—it is something we practice. Strength is cultivated without aggression. And the body is approached not as a problem to fix, but as a source of information, intelligence, and possibility.
Whether you come for a massage, a yoga class, private coaching, or a retreat, my intention is the same:
To help you return to yourself.
To move with greater freedom.
To cultivate a life that feels rich from the inside out.
